  “We had put $500 down as earnest money on a really nice Class C. At our request and as part of the deal, they installed a back-up monitor system and gave the exterior an expensive treatment. A couple days after this, my wife was notified of cutbacks at her work and we realized it was NOT a time to take on another payment. Olinger not only did not charge us for the work they did on the rig but they also refunded our earnest money. When we can buy sometime in the future, it will definitely be at Olingers!”
