  “I recently hired Dave's Appliance to repair my oven.
  
  I was told the part costs $150 for a part I later found out costs $15 from Sears, and then was charged $108 for the 15 minutes to install it.
  
  When I called to complain to the owner he laughed at me and explained that is just the way they do business and that is just how capitalism works. That's fine, I am a business owner and I understand he can run his business how he would like but I just wanted to make all of you aware of it.
  
  A word to the wise: Don't let Dave's Appliance in your home and be sure to google that part number before you let anyone perform a repair service. You could be getting gouged bad!”
