Hutsell's Aj RV
Good service
“I've been to Hutsels on several different occassions and have received good service. The two times I needed them to come to my house to work on my RV, they showed up promptly and worked diligently until the problem was solved. I was actually pretty surprised at the pace he worked considering he was getting paid by the hour. ” -

Hutsell's Aj RV

“I have had the misfortune of dealing with this outfit and have found the experience to be totally non productive.\nI was treated with disrespect by all workers, and this includes the two owners and their son. Initially my request was to get warranty service for my norcold fridge which was freezing all of my food. I was told by the owner that I had to provide information pertaining to ser.# , part# ,and also information on the model, serial#, and purchase facts about the RV that the appliance was initially installed into.\nI provided this information within hours and was told that hutsell would contact norcold and get authorization for the warranty work. About a week later I went to the store to check on the progress of my request. No contact had been made with norcold and the owner knew nothing. She then went into the back and called norcold. She came back and told me that I needed to provide norcold with the ser# for the cooling unit. A few days later I gave them this information. About another week passed and no contact from hutsell, so I went back to the store. The owner knew nothing about my warranty issue and I had to explain the whole thing all over. Again into the back and another call to norcold. She came back and said that she had good news,THERE WAS NO RECALL ON MY COOLING UNIT. I told her that it was not the cooling unit the was the problem but as I had told her numerous times already my problem was that the fridge was freezing all of my food. She seemed surprised at this revelation and said that I should contact the manufacturer of the RV unit. I pointed out that my warranty information told me not to contact JAYCO but to contact an authorized dealer for norcold.\nBack to the phone went the owner and reappeared with another plan. Norcold agreed to send a thermister unit for no cost to me and no charge for labour. I specifically asked about any extra costs and was assured by the owner that there were no other costs.\nA few days later I again went to the store and was rudely told that the piece had just arrived and when would I like it installed.\nThe cost for them to install it would be about $55.00 because the warranty only covered 0.5 hours labour and they would have to travel from 1880w apache trail to gold canyon golf and rv park. Thus a part that costs $17.00 will cost me $55.00 to have installed. I suggested that I could install it myself since it only involved a couple of quick disconect wires.\nThe owner declined.\nWhat an ordeal and still no fridge unless I pay for the installation.\n\nI will never go back to hutsell's” -

Your RV Wizard Llc “Wizard Redeemed \n \nThis is to update a previous review in which we said that Your RV Wizard had sold our motor home on consignment in October 2007 and had not paid us. \n \nIn late January we were contacted by the owner who told us that both he and his partner had been sick, that the business had gotten out of control, and that we would be paid soon. We have now been paid in full. Thank you, Your RV Wizard. \n”

Your RV Wizard Llc “We put our motor home on consignment with Your RV Wizard in Yuma, AZ and they sold it in October, 2007. But as of the writing of this review in mid January, 2008, three months later, we have received nothing in writing about the sale and, more importantly, we have received no money. \n \nWe have been told that there is only one person at Your RV Wizard (He works out of the main office in Tucson) who can arrange to pay us, and he has not returned our calls or answered our letters. Your RV Wizard has not disputed the facts; but has not paid us and has not given us any reason why not despite our many attempts to learn what is going on. At best, they are putting the customer last - are they having cash flow problems and trying to run the business on our money? At worst, we have lost our RV with no compensation. \n \nIf you are in the market to buy or sell an RV, we would suggest you bypass Your RV Wizard and search for an honest dealership that keeps their customers in the loop, and pays what they owe. And don’t forget to check the dealer’s rating with the Better Business Bureau! \n”
