The property is monitored by cameras and I am on site 80% of the time as I run my welding and metal fabrication business weld ATX on the property. Where your equipment is stored is the highest part of the land so no need to worry about water pooling when it rains. You can come and go as you please as long as you shoot me a quick text before picking up or dropping off your equipment.
