“I ordered a contractor style camper with various options, i.e. rope lights and programmable locks, etc. The installation was initially delayed a week because they discovered the rope lights were not installed from the factory. After making a 2 hour drive, the installer discovered the programmable lock system was also incorrect. While at the dealership, I witnessed the same issue with other customers. Obviously there is no quality control here. Don't expect your service at this place to be flawless. It appears no one behind the counter knows what is going on!” -

“So far, the service center and even sales has not answered 6 email requests. When contacted by phone, they say their email is down. I think, like Camper Coaches in Lubbock, that they do not want to leave a paper trail. We have dealt with only one dealer that bothers to contact us and that is Aloha RV in Albuquerque.” -

“Should have checked the BBB rating before we bought. It is A F! We bought a camper, spent the first night in it. Lights didn't work and had a water leak. They had our camper since Decmeber. We just got it back at the end of February. Guess what? They spilt some type of red solvent on the front of refrigerator and didn't bother to caulk around the sink. Got to take it back. Service never and I mean never bothers to call you back. Yes, we called all the time, just never called back. ” -
