  “went to susquehanna to get a new camper to take on my worktrip to Colorado for a month. Paid $11000 for it and got to Colorado to have the brakes on it go out. Took all of them of to find there was no pads on one of the so it was just metal on metl to stop the camper behind me. I called Susquehanna that day to talk to them about it and was told the manager wasn't there but would be called back. when they returned my call they told me they would not do anything for me. Was also under the impression that it would be insprcted for me before I came to pick it up, which upon getting. to Colorado they hadn't done. I have called and tried to talk to them about it but every time they are short with me and refuse to do anything about I. Now I am in Colorada and have a $250+ bill to get new brakes on it. I will never do business with them again. Terrible customer service. I will be going to salem rv from now on with my business. I recomend thinking twice before buying anything from susquehanna!”
