Situated on our hobby farm just off HWY 95, the acreage features 24/7 security monitoring, which renters can access, and is moderately shielded from roadside view by mature trees. Please note that accessing the lot requires driving up a short but fairly steep hill. While this is generally manageable with limited risk to your property, it is important to approach the driveway in a specific manner, as traction can be challenging during the winter months.
