Djm Enterprises Llc “Does NOT back work! I had an accident on the 18-mile bridge in La on 5/18/04 in a 1998 Fleetwood Southwind Storm motorhome. The claim agent @ Foremost Ins. sat on the claim until 6/4/04 and finally agreed for DJM Enterprises, LLC to do the replacement of a broken windshield and the fiberglass work at a cost of approximately $4,000. The remainder of the work to be completed by another repair shop at my convenience. I picked the RV up from Malcolm Barberot on 6/11/04. On 8/29/07, I discovered the hole he patched and repainted showed up on the cap of the front of the motorhome. I immediately spoke to Mr. Barberot by phone and asked him would he back his work. He told me to bring the coach in and he would look at it. Since I am in Houston, TX, I had a supervisor from Foremost Ins. look at the repair and he took pictures which I will be happy to show anyone upon request. Foremost said it definitely is poor work and they would contact Mr. Barberot. Foremost emailed the pictures to him, and he refuses to honor his work. Anyone wishing to discuss this further can contact me by email @ [email protected]. I am getting really tired of receiving poor work and paying several times for RV repairs and do intend to pursue this as far as I possibly can, including writing all Action Lines in every magazine I know. Perhaps, I can save someone else from the poor work I received as the magazines print the name of the party who the complaint is against. It would be beneficial to both of us if he just did the right thing and had his poor work corrected! FIBERGLASS SHOULD HOLD UP LONGER THAN 3 \n \n(Ms.) Pat Cooper \n ”
